Clothing Industry Training Authority (CITA)
The CITA, in collaboration with the Open University of Hong Kong, offers a 2-year full-time top-up Bachelor of Business Administration in Fashion Business degree programme. CITA also provides 2-year full-time diploma technician courses for F.5 school leavers and part-time based diploma/certificate/short courses for in-service personnel to improve their skills and knowledge on different aspects of apparel production. To suit their busy schedules, individuals can choose to join CITA self-study courses. Skills upgrading scheme courses and retraining courses are also available. Companies wishing to organise in-house training for their staff can contact CITA to tailor-make programmes pertaining to their special needs.

The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)
The Institute of Textiles and Clothing (ITC) of PolyU has developed and administered a wide range of academic programmes covering subject disciplines from fashion and textile technology, fashion and textile design, fashion and textile marketing and merchandising, to fashion retailing and distribution. These programmes are offered at levels from doctoral degree to higher certificate and in full-time and part-time learning modes, as well as in a series of short courses offered in collaboration with the School of Professional Education and Executive Development (SPEED).

Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC)
HKPC has been offering training programmes as an integral part of its industry support services to enhance the competitiveness of local industry. Its Productivity Training Institute (PTI) provides integrated training facilities as well as value-added public training services to meet the changing needs of industry. Diploma, certificate and short courses covering such areas as apparel design, merchandising, quality management, branding and business management are offered. These programmes are delivered through a variety of activities, including classroom training, workshops and study missions. HKPC also provides in-company training programmes tailored to meet the individual needs of client companies.

Vocational Training Council (VTC)
The VTC provides a comprehensive system of vocational education and training for students at post-secondary 7, post-secondary 5 and post-secondary 3 levels to meet the need of industry for well-educated and well-trained manpower at higher diploma, diploma and foundation diploma levels. VTC also offers courses for people in employment to improve their skills. The wide variety of fashion-related courses are provided via the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE), Hong Kong Design Institute and the Textile Industry Training Centre.
